Commissioned by Duncan McRorie in Memory of P/O D A Hayman RAAF, Sgt D A Page, F/O D Hargreaves, P/O J C Farndon RAAF and F/S A H Dickel, who died in the crash of Halifax LL289 over France during operation ‘Percy 7’ 1,2 June 1944 and G G Houston and A Lyall who survived and to all who served with 138 Sqn, especially those who failed to return.
