Blazon: In front of a Bezant a Column Argent entwined by a Serpent proper

Link: The Roman pillar is introduced because the unit is located near several Roman ruins, the most famous being Jerash, symbolic of the support which the unit gives in its signalling functions. The bezant is indicative of the desert in which the unit is located and the silver Krait is indigenous to the area

Motto: Latin: Nostro auxilio feriunt – With our aid they strike

History: Formed at Habbaniya, Iraq on 1 May 1953 but its fate is unknown
