Blazon: A Lion passant guardant Or holding a Flash of Lightning Gules.

Link: The Lion comes from the Arms of Heston, Isleworth and Hounslow Abbey where the unit formed. The lightning flash was a       marking used in 1916-18.

Motto: Latin: Sudore quam sanguine – Through sweat other than through blood.
